[OpenSER-Devel] OpenSER 1.3 - release date

Hi,

There are still some bugs that need to be fixed before the release of 
1.3. I think 2 weeks should from now on should be enough, so I suggest 
to try to set the release date to 13th of December.

Please let me know your thoughts.
