Summary: Port range configurable through CLI

Initial Comment:
Hi,

this patch replaces the one provided in tracker 1575919 [1], following Maxim Sobolev's comments.

Basically this patch adds the -P command-line option, which defines the portrange that rtpproxy may use.

I've implemented the change in rev.1.58 of main.c:

http://cvs.berlios.de/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ser/rtpproxy/main.c.diff?r1=1.57&r2=1.58

The ticket could be closed now.

-Maxim
