Summary: default behaviour of the server

Initial Comment:
Some default values for core parameters should be changed for the 1.3 release.

For example we've seen many support requests in the past for the dns_blacklist feature. This feature is activated by default, this should be changed to prevent further confusion.

Another option that is also probably not needed by most people is the default IPV5 lookup after IPV4 failures (dns_try_ipv6). This functions should also be disabled.

The default configuration should be err on the safe side and activate only functions that most people need.

Cheers,

Henning

Hi Bogdan,

thank you! I'll adapt the config file later to this change.
I don't think its necessary to backport this, lets stay here
with the known behaviour.

Cheers,

Henning

Hi Henning,

I made the suggested changes. Do you think it will be appropriate to
backport it to 1.2 also?

Also if you have any other sugestions on this topic, please open a new
report.

Thanks and regards,
bogdan
