If $rd is referenced when the ruri contains a tel: uri OpenSER crashes :(

I have no access to a test environment at the moment, so no detailed debug log, just the following.

Should be fine to apply it on 1.2 and test.

I have committed a fix on devel version, can you try and see if works ok
now? I will backport afterwards to 1.2.
