[OpenSER-Devel] Can't connect with RtpProxy since 1.3.X

Hi Iñaki,

it took me some time, but I located the problem - the faulty is openser 
1.3 starting with rev 2107. I found the bug, but there is no fast fixup, 
so I will do it in the next days.
