Summary: 'symmetric' flag for force_rtp_proxy()

Initial Comment:
Just like the 'a' is forcing an asymmetric rtp session, it would be helpful to have a new flag to force a symmetric rtp session.

The following patch is assuming 'w' as being the new symmetric flag:
