from logs:
7(16488) ERROR: tcp_send: failed to send
7(16488) msg_send: ERROR: tcp_send failed
As I said - openser tries to establish a TCP connection but fails. Make
sure the destination supports TCP/TLS. And you can use ethereal/tcpdump
to watch the failed TCP connection setup.
