Summary: lcr-module: load_gws pseudo-variable support

Initial Comment:
Hi,

With this Patch you can use Pseudo-Variables in the LCR-load_gws method (e.g. load the Gateway-Group into AVP's and use this to do the routing).
The Patch (for OpenSER 1.2) is not fully tested yet.
I think i could add the same functionality to the dispatcher-module as well.

Carsten

Carsten,

It took a while before your doc patched arrived. In the meantime
lcr_mod.c has changed and your
code patch doesn't anymore work. Could you please provide a new one.
