[Devel] scripts/textdb.sh

Hi,

Lately quite some changes are being made to the database creation
scripts (mysql, postgres), while the textdb is being left behind ...
keeping it up to date (in terms of table definitions, at least) seems
not too dificult, would save probably a great deal of "detective" work
later and be of help many people.

Of course, I could do it myself and if I was actively using openser at
the current time I would most certainly be delighted ... but that is
not the case.

Just a thought ...
