[Devel] rtpproxy: rtpproxy_sock as an avp

Hi Daryl,

That would be nice.  If you do it, make sure that you don't restrict
to one rtpproxy server.
Allow the script to use a list of rtpproxy servers (good for
redundancy/failover).
