[Devel] docbook documentation generation

Hi all,

i tried do update/ generate openser documentation with docbook, but this don't 
work for me.

Either "make modules-readme" or "make modules-docbook-txt" work exactly as 
they should. 

make modules-readme updates the README file, but with html content. And make 
modules-docbook-txt generate a .txt file in the doc folder, but with html 
content too..

Do i miss something, or is the docbook installation on my machine wrong? 
What is the supported way to generate the documentation?
