[Devel] Error_route functionality?

What pseudo variables besides the ones shown in the example are
available in the new error_route? Are things like $tU, $fU, or $ci
usable? Do we get access to everything? If these are available and we
try to request the header that had the issue (to print out the actual
offending data) what would happen? Can we do normal avpops operations
and things like db queries?
