[Devel] cannot update openser

Hi All,

When I updated OpenSER today, it printed:

cvs checkout: Updating sip-server
cvs checkout: failed to create lock directory for `/cvsroot/openser/sip-server' (/cvsroot/openser/sip-server/#cvs.lock): Permission denied
cvs checkout: failed to obtain dir lock in repository `/cvsroot/openser/sip-server'
cvs [checkout aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

Any idea?
