[Devel] fifo format ds_list

Hi,
I see there is a new format for fifo output.

In 1.1.0 fifo ds_list had an A or I for Inactive or Active.

Right now I do not see any change in ds_list if output in cvs version if
a proxy is active or inactive.

And, I got a core dump when checking next proxy:

ERROR: receive_fd: EOF on 10
