Hi!

Once again the discussion about the presence related tables.

IMO the current approach is inconsistent. Most modules have the SQL 
definitions only the corresponding DB scripts (mysql, postgres).

The presence modules have the SQL definitions only for mysql and in the 
README and on the WIKI.

This confuses also advanced people like me. What is up2date? The README 
or the WIKI? Why is postgres not supported?
