Summary: Add Date Header to msilo'ed sent messages

Initial Comment:
The following patch adds the SIP Date: header to messages that are delivered by msilo's m_dump command. The Date header is useful so that an endpoint can know the time the original message was sent. The patch uses the already existing DB column which stores the incoming date. This patch is RFC complient for both MESSAGE and the SIP Date header.

It only adds the Date header on delivered messages, not reminder messages.
