Initial Comment:
When sending a CANCEL after an INVITE-Request which was routed with path-informationen, the CANCEL is just routed to the ip-address the invite was sent to. The CANCEL lacks the path's loose-routing information, with which the INVITE was sent. The attached patch fixes this by adding path-routing to every request created.
