Summary: Simple LCR Segfault

Initial Comment:
There exists a reproducible segfault situation when using LCR with the latest CVS checkout (6 pm PST 11/02/07) of rel 1_1_0

The issue is with the LCR module, when using a "strip" value that exceeds the length of the RURI number, i'm guessing the LCR module doesn't check the length of the number string before stripping

I'm using lcr "db_mode" of 1 (cached), but otherwise the LCR config and openser script are pretty much reference implementations (nothing special)

The core file is too big to attach to this ticket, so i've sent a copy to the developers mailing list (email me directly reticent.lists at dream.cx if you would like a copy)

Let me know if any additional information is needed, i'd love to help!

The crash is no longer reproduceable (those lcr rows were skipped it
seems)

I added checks of strip count. In my tests, the crash went away. How
about you?
