Hi Ovidiu,
this patch breaks compiling on system using packages, where most of the
header files are installed in /usr/include. $(LOCALBASE) points to
/usr/local/ !
I just tried for mysql and the compiling failed as the mysql.h file not
found anymore (located in /usr/include/mysql/mysql.h).
