there is no branch for release 1.1.1, the same rel_1_1_0 has to be used 
for bug fixes. The reason is that being a patch release, the people 
installing openser from cvs do not need to check out a new branch, but 
just to a cvs update.

There is a tag, just to mark the snapshot of the release (this time was 
made a bit later).
