this is my last update of the Changelog for 1.3. If you have pending changes
that needs to included either do this by yourself, or drop me a short email.

The command for generating the Changelog is:

svn2cl -i -r HEAD:3326 --authors=doc/authors.xml --break-before-msg --linelen=80 

This will creates a new file with the changes until my last update. To merge
the changes cleanly into the existing content save the old file prior the
execution of the command.
