Rev 2363 broke the shebang line in scripts/postgresqldb.sh

You probably want to fix that in both branches and maybe put out a new
1.2.2 tarball.

Keep me posted on whether or not you're rolling out a fixed tarball,
as I'd rather use the new one for the Debian packages in that case :)
