Hello,

following the IRC meeting from friday i created a page in the wiki for the 
build service:

Adam Linford offered access to one zone on a Solaris 10 XFire 2200 series Sun 
box in a few weeks, and Christopher Bergström confirmed that he want to help 
with RPM packaging. I sended an email to Peter Nixon to inform him that he is 
availble if he need help.

I also includes the other four packagers that works on OpenSER in the past on 
the page.
