[Devel] usrloc dlist::register_udomain

Hello all,

i'm working currently towards the abstraction of the database connectivity in 
usrloc, to use an enhanced db interface for user data storage that were using 
internally.

The dlist::register_udomain() function test on every new domain the database 
connectivity with a db init and some queries. Are there any special reasons 
for these calls in this function? Is it really necessary to do a every time a 
db init?
