I agree, it is why we tried to incorporate s2s in the openser, this 
should make possible to have all sip users of OpenSER visible in XMPP 
instantly. We still have to do lot of research as we deal with new 
protocol, totally different than SIP. Maybe someone on the list that has 
more experience with XMPP will jump on development boat to help.
