Summary: User Agent field not loaded from database over restarts

Initial Comment:
If openser is restarted the User Agent field is not loaded along with the other contact details from the database location table. As a result a fifo command to show the user location will not include the UA until that user registers again, even though a select in the location table returns the UA.

try

openserctl ul show user

before and after the restart.
