i noticed two gflag problems:

1) there is a typo in README:

1.3.1. initial (string)

   The initial value of global flags bitmap.

   Default value is "0".

   Example 1-1. initial parameter usage
modparam("gflags", "initial", "15)

   initial takes an int, not string, parameter.

2) i could not call is_gflag from branch_route.  is there some reason
   that it cannot be done?  if not, could you please add BRANCH_ROUTE to
   is_gflag list.
