Summary: sc.dbtext: rpid for new users should be empty

Initial Comment:
When a user is inserted into the SUBSCRIBER table, the
rpid should be empty and not NULL, otherwise the string
"NULL" will be the rpid for the created subscriber.

Maybe all the NULL strings should be removed ...
