Initial Comment:
The options_reply() command in response to an OPTIONS
request from Asterisk generates the error.

The following code snippet is being used to execute the
options_reply():

  #----------------------------------------
  # OPTIONS request, respond to it and exit
  #----------------------------------------
  if (is_uri_host_local()) {
    if (is_method("OPTIONS") && (! uri=~"sip:.*[@]+.*")) {
      options_reply();
      return(TRUE);
    };
  };

When commented out, the error message is no longer
produced.

Hi,

the error you posted is related to reply forwarding - a
reply with only ona VIA was recevied and there was no local
reply. The code you refer at is for request processing, so
.....not sure where is the problem.

Try to get a network trace for such an OPTIONS and send it
to me.
