Initial Comment:
While inserting a new user with serctl add, where the
first argument contains a correct SIP Address
(including the Prefix "sip:" e.g.
"sip:g554 at xyz.switch.ch", the Prefix "sip:" is not
stripped whith the result, that this username does not
work.

The same applies to  openserctl alias add
sip:h554 at xyz.switch.ch sip:g554 at xyz.switch.ch

openserctl never meant to support "sip:" URI format - all
URIs are specified as user at domain only in order to keep
consistency with the openser fifo/unixsock commands which
also accept this format.
