[Devel] Nathelper enhancement

Ok will do. Actually I believe most clients have their local IP in their O 
line. It might make sense to add anohter fix_nated_sdp option that pulls the 
IP from the O line and inserts into the C line. This along with the "any" IP 
insertion via AVP feature should cover clients that dont behave that way.
