[Devel] tm:run_failure_handlers error

Hi,

I just upgraded to latest CVS on my production system and I am now getting 
alot of the following errors:

/sbin/openser[24461]: WARNING:tm:run_failure_handlers: no UAC or CANCEL 
support (0, 198)

What is this referring too?
