The subscriber table definition should allow null
values for datetime_created and datetime_modified fields:

sc.dbtext:

otherwise, the following errors will pop up:
DBT:dbt_table_check_row: NULL value not allowed - field 8
DBT:dbt_load_file: error at row=1 col=22 c=8
DTB:dbt_db_get_table: subscriber
DBT:dbt_query: table does not exist!
