Initial Comment:
The following error is generated after issuing
"openser_postgresql.sh create":

/usr/local/sbin/openser_postgresql.sh: line 245: 5780:
command not found
PHPLIB_ID calculation failed

Recently, the gen_ha1 function was removed from
OpenSER.  The utils/gen_ha1 directory is still there,
but it's empty.

The attached patch resolves this problem.

issue 1522182.
