[Devel] OpenSER 1.1.0 packages

Hi,

first OpenSER 1.1.0 packages were uploaded on the site. At

    http://www.openser.org/pub/openser/latest/

you can find the debs (for stable, testing and unstable) and rpms for 
redhat. The debs are also available via apt from:
    deb http://www.openser.org/debian etch|sarge|sid main

FreeBSD port will be soon available also.
