[Devel] Log-level of a debug message

Hi,

Since I run registrars and proxies on separate hosts, the stored socket 
information in usrloc is useless. But what's annoying is that I always 
get error messages like this:

ERROR:usrloc:dbrow2info: non-local socket <udp:192.168.28.7:5060>...ignoring

Since it is not necessarily an error, can we decrease the log level for 
this message?
