[Devel] Feature request: www_authorize() proxy_authorize() realm by AVP

Hello,

I think it would make sense to be able to set the authorization realm by an
AVP.

Currently, it is not possible to enable proper support for anonymous calling
("From: anonymous at domain.invalid") in multi domain openser setups, because
the current autodetect algorithm of *_authorize() would use the useless
challenge domain "domain.invalid". This will fail in the authorization
backend because username and domain will not match.

If set-able by an avp, the proper domain could be extracted from the RURI
(or other admin-definable sources).

What do you guys think?
