Initial Comment:

Add a parameter like "domain_prefix" in AVPOPS.
It should work like the "domain_prefix" in ALIAS_DB 
module or "realm_prefix" in AUTH module.

Example use
modparam("avpops", "domain_prefix", "sip.")
