I think the suggested scenario is:


GW --- proxy A ---- proxy B

Proxy B uses LCR module's from_gw() to find out if the request is from 
an authorized GW. But, as there is proxy A inbetween from_gw wont work. 
Thus, proxy A will add a certain header with the source IP. proxy B copy 
this header into an AVP and from_gw will check against the gateway table 
using this AVP instead the src IP from the request.
