Add an empty line at the end of a reply sent by the line based MI protocols (FIFO, UNIXSOCK, ...) to permit easy identification of the reply's end.

for the current protocols, the indication was followed (for FIFO); in the
future, we will take it into account for UNIXSOCKS also.
