When I receive a message whit that two tuples, what is the real state of the user?

I mean, what is the 1st tuple and what is the 2nd?

 What is the valid tuple?

What should I do to know the order of the tuples?

best regards

Javier Ramirez

There are two tuples, corresponding to two bindings. One is
available(open) and the other is offline(closed).
