[Devel] Modified Gentoo ebuild file for OpenSER

Hi

The Gentoo ebuild file contained in the source tar ball doesn't work
with me. So I made it works for my Gentoo Linux (Portage
2.0.51.22-r2), with the help of ser-0.9.4.ebuild that is already in
the Portage tree.

I already submitted it to Gentoo's Bugzilla at
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=107482. Hopefully with more
tests from people running OpenSER on Gentoo, it can be included into
the official Portage tree in near future.

I will verify this ebuild again upon OpenSER 0.10.0's public release.
