[Devel] CVS commitlog: sip-server/etc openser.cfg openser.init

Hi Klaus,
that scripts wants to be a generic init script, with no distro
dependencies. The script has support for using monit for
starting/stopping openser. "start" actually tells monit to start
openser; "openserstart" directly starts openser.
