Hi!

There is a minor problem still. I start/stop openser on debian using the 
startup script included. Thus, openser runs as user openser. This makes 
problems when deleting the fifo after shutting the server down:

Oct 27 20:58:13 philipp /usr/sbin/openser[30146]: WARNING: destroy_fifo: 
cannot delete fifo (/tmp/openser_fifo): Operation not permitted
