thank you very much.  this double port configuration is important for
users who have sip phones behind broken nats that try to understand sip
and modify sip packets but do it incorrectly.  in such cases, phones
need to contact the proxy at some other port than 5060 in order to turn
off sip alg feature, because in many cases it is not possible to
configure sip alg feature off in the nat box itself.

i'll ask one such user to try it the new code asap. i personally don't
have such a nat box.
