i haven't carefully followed the discussion on this, but in my cases i
haven't seen problems related to location table pollution with many rows
for the same sip ua.

the reason is that when sip ua registers, i always store into 'contact'
field the contact that the ua is using no matter if the ua is behind nat
or not.  if the ua is behind nat then 'received' field holds the
corresponding "external" uri.  even if the external ip address of the
nat boxes changes, the 'contact' field value always remains the same.

so i don't quite understand what the problem is.
