Section 1.5.43 acc_src_leg_column states that the
default value is "src_leg".

Section 1.5.44 acc_dst_leg_column states that the
default value is "dst_leg".

In the acc table, the two columns that appear related
to the above are defined as follows:

src varchar(128) default NULL,
dst varchar(128) default NULL,

It appears that either the table definition or the
documentation isn't correct.
