[Devel] cvs head under heavy changes

The CVS head branch will be under heavy changes for about one day. The 
sources will be updated to reflect the relevant changes in SER CVS head 
(header types and flags). Afterwards the new modules and contributed 
code (TLS) will be imported.

Then will come debates about next steps of openser (administrative and 
development).
