Summary: Misaligned Mem Read error in the OSP module on SPARC Solaris

Initial Comment:
The module triggers Misaligned Memory Read error 
after retrieving information stored as an AVP.  The 
error only appears on the SPARC platform.

Fixed the problem by changing the length of AVP keys to be 
a multiple of 8.
