[Devel] methods patch

enclosed find a patch to openser HEAD that adds support for "methods"
field in location table.

if a register request contains "methods" contact param, its methods will
be included in the bitmap of "methods" field.  if not, but the request
contains an "Allow" header field, then its methods will be included.  if
neither is present, "methods" field will be NULL.

the patch also includes a few bug fixes to "methods" contact param and
Allow header field parsing.

the next step would be to choose based on the "methods" of a contact,
which requests will be send to that contact, but the patch is useful
even without that.  for example, a click-to-dial application can
determine from location table if a phone supports refer method.

i would appreciate of the patch could be installed in openser HEAD.
